Glenda Duplechain

VILLE PLATTE – Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM Mass of Christian Burial at Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic Church in Ville Platte on Tuesday, December 22, 2020 for Glenda Marie Duplechain, 64, who passed away on Sunday, December 20, 2020 surrounded by her loving family.

Father Andrew Killeen, associate pastor of Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic Church, will be celebrant of the mass and conduct services.

Entombment will take place in Sacred Heart Mausoleum.

Glenda is survived by her loving husband of 34 years, Michael Duplechain, Sr.; two daughters, Melissa S. Lemoine of Ville Platte and Paula Lahaye of Kingwood, TX; four granddaughters; one grandson; and one great-grandson.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Claude and Elizabeth Fontenot, and infant daughter, Elizabeth Fontenot.

At the request of the family, visitation will be observed at Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic Church in Ville Platte on Tuesday, December 22, 2020 from 1:00 PM until time of service.
