VILLE PLATTE- Funeral Services will be held at 10:00 AM at Ardoin's Funeral Home of Ville Platte on Saturday, May 5, 2018 for Joseph Floyd LeBleu, Sr.,68, who passed away on Wednesday, May 2, 2018 at Lafayette General Hospital surrounded by his loved ones.

Father Tom Voohries will conduct the funeral services.

Burial will take place in Bertrand Cemetery in Prairie Ronde.

Floyd was born in Ville Platte, on June 12, 1949 to James LeRoy LeBleu and Ernestine Marie Chapman LeBleu.

Floyd is survived by his loving wife of 51 years, Mary B. LeBleu; daughter, Anna LeBleu; son, Joseph Floyd LeBleu, Jr. all of Ville Platte; 10 grandchildren, Lance Leger, Lara Meche, Nicholas Leger, Toni LeBleu, Kasey Leger, J.J. LeBleu, Lane Leger, Dustin LeBleu, JoJo LeBleu, and Salena LeBleu; 3 great grandchildren, Braylon Frank, Brooklyn Leger, and Paxton Leger; and two sisters, Carolyn Marcotte and husband Richard, Sr. of Evergreen, LA and Mary Lee and Husband Patrick of Ville Platte, LA.

Floyd is preceded in death by his parents James LeRoy and Ernestine Marie LeBleu; brother, James Leo LeBleu and sister, Mary Dorothy Ardoin.
The family request that visitation be observed at Ardoin's Funeral Home of Ville Platte on Friday, May 4, 2018 from 10:00 AM open all night until Saturday, May 5, 2018 at 10:00 AM. A rosary will be recited at 6:00 PM on Friday evening at the funeral home by Fr. Tom Voohries.
