Lawrence Buller

VILLE PLATTE – Funeral Services will be held at a 10:00 AM Mass of Christian Burial, at Our Lady Queen of All Saints Catholic Church in Ville Platte, on Thursday, December 31, 2020 for Lawrence “Larry” Edgar Buller, 78, who passed away peacefully on December 29, 2020 surrounded by his loving family.

Father Taj Glodd will be celebrant of the mass and conduct services.

Burial will take place at Gates of Heaven Cemetery.

He is survived by his loving wife of 56 years, Mattie Demoruelle Buller; daughter, Lorraine Israel Doucet and husband, Joseph; three sons, Byron Buller, Lucas Buller and wife, Kelli and Phillip Buller; eleven grandchildren, Monique, April, Lizzy, Sam, Sarah, Sadie, Mattie Jane, Tana, Jordan, Zach, and Ashton; seven great-grandchildren; and brother, Gene Buller and wife, Becky.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Edgar & Mercedes Fontenot Buller and son-in-law, Scott Israel.

At the request of the family, visitation will take place at Ardoin’s Funeral Home of Ville Platte on Wednesday, December 30, 2020 from 11:00 AM until 8:00 PM.  A rosary will be recited by Deacon Chuck Ortego at 6:00 PM.  Visitation will resume on Thursday, December 31, 2020 from 8:00 AM until time of service.
