VILLE PLATTE - It is with great sadness and heavy hearts that the family of Lorena "Loraine" Lafleur, 62, announces her passing on Thursday, January 26, 2017 at Mercy Regional Medical Center. A Memorial Service will be held at Ardoin's Funeral Home on Monday, January 30, 2017 at 10:00 AM. Pastor Wayne Holston will officiate services.

At the request of the family, visitation will be held at Ardoin's Funeral Home in Ville Platte on Monday, January 30, 2017 from 8:00 AM until time of service.

Ms. Lorena loved playing cards, sitting in her chair and talking on the phone. She also had a great love for her animals.

A loving sister, aunt, and friend Lorena will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her. She leaves behind to cherish her beautiful memory, brother, John Wayne Brown and wife Trudy, nephews, Joseph Brown, Jr., Jason Brown, Elson Brown and Jacob Brown, and niece, Kimberly Vidrine.

She now rests with her husband Junior Lafleur, parents, Isom and Ida Vidrine Brown, and brothers, Elson Brown and Harry Brown.
