VILLE PLATTE - Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM at Ardoin's Funeral Home of Ville Platte on Friday, July 13, 2018, for Mitchell Ray Soileau, 61, who passed away on July 9, 2018 in Lafayette, LA.

Pastor Brian Dore will conduct the funeral services.

Burial will take place in Evangeline Memorial Cemetery in Ville Platte, LA.

Mitchell Ray Soileau was born on August 19, 1956 to Joseph Chester Soileau and Juanita Marie Smith Soileau.

Mitch is survived by his loving wife of 41 years, Patricia T. Soileau; his mother, Juanita Smith Soileau; son, William Spencer Eaves and Miranda Eaves of Oakdale; daughter, Amy Andrus and husband Ronnie of Vidrine; eight grandchildren; and brother, Johnny Soileau and wife Nita of Ville Platte.

He is preceded in death by his father, Joseph Chester Soileau.

The family requests that visitation be observed at Ardoin's Funeral Home of Ville Platte on Friday, July 13, 2018 from 12:00 PM until 2:00 PM.
