Funeral services for Mr. Morris Vidrine, 88, of Ville Platte will be held Tuesday, August 29, 2006 at 10am in the Sacred Heart Catholic Church. Burial will follow in the Sacred Heart Cemetery. Fr. Richard J. Vidrine will officiate the services.

Mr. Vidrine, a native of Ville Platte, died Sunday August 27, 2006 at 7:40 am in the Ville Platte Medical Center.

Survivors include one son, Fr. Richard J. Vidrine of Belle Chasse; one daughter, Theresa Vidrine Attales of Ville Platte; three grandchildren, Mitchell Jude Attales wife Sarah, Lynette Reed, and Lisa Renee Attales; four great grandchildren, Starmy Attales, Mitchell Attales II wife, Windy, Kayla Attales, and Jessica Reed; 2 great great grandchildren; and eight siblings.

Visitation will be held on Monday, August 28, 2006 from 11am until 9pm and Tuesday 8am until time of services. A Catholic Daughter rosary will be recited at 6pm Monday and at 7pm.
